What to expect:

 

 For your first visit please arrive 15 min early to fill out a demographic form as well as a consent and HIPPA form.   

 

Seeing that we practice Holistic Medicine please be prepared to spend an hour going over your health concerns followed by any necessary physical examination.  After which we will discuss the findings and at that time determine the most appropriate course of treatment together.

 

At NDCIW we use muscle testing to best serve you with the best option for YOUR BODY!  To insure proper responses please ensure adequate hydration for your appointment.

Follow up appointments are either 15,30, or 50 min long and will be followed as closely as possible.  Each session will be customized and can include any and all from the services list.
